Trainees are in paid employment where they are provided with structured and tailored training, contextualised to their workplace. They also receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Proficiency from State Training Services (Recognition services), and a training Certificate from the Registered Training Organisation – RTO, when they have completed their traineeship.
